This is great! Thanks so much for creating it.

I combined it with the dictionary at http://www.e-medtools.com/openmedspel.html to contain about 80,000 unique words.

I've also formatted it for the mac custom dictionary which is store at ~/Library/Spelling/ (at least for Mac OS 10.6 and English language). To install copy the file 'en' from here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2213236/en to the above directory. This will overwrite any custom dictionary you have.

Here's the combined list simply as a text file, with one entry per line. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2213236/LexisMed-OpenMedSpel.txt

Great idea...will help submit the site to others...There are many great USMLE STEP 1, USMLE STEP 2 CK, and USMLE STEP 3 qbanks on the internet that can help you study for the USMLE. Score95.com has a fantastic USMLE STEP 1 qbank that has 3,600 practice questions with thousands of questions with images, audio, and video! The USMLE STEP 1 questions with video make this qbank a must buy. http://www.score95.com/
